The animals are beautiful to look at, they are native to Germany and are placed in the garden by some (hobby) gardeners as teeth.
There they are supposed to eat the brood of other snails to curb their population. They are the largest nudibranchs in the world.
They are well suited as a first pet or simply as an eye-catcher in the terrarium or as a beneficial creature in the garden. They aren't agate snails!
Please consider the size, life expectancy and husbandry parameters of the respective animals.
