The express shipping refers to the shipping method not the processing time of the order!
Express shipping means that the animals are usually on the road for a maximum of 24 hours (Germany). For shipments abroad, it is of course sometimes longer.
Note: It is possible that there may be delays with the shipping service provider for some reason. This rarely happens, but we have no control over that.
It is recommended to choose express shipping for minus degrees.
